Took a badly bent ring and bent diamond set to Lewis to see about having it repaired. A few days later, they said it was ready. I went to Lewis Jewelers to pick the ring up and was absolutely amazed at the workman ship that was done. I couldn't believe my eyes when Tarah brought it out. This ring look brand new. I highly recommend Lewis Jewelers for your repairs and your shopping needs. This store is beautiful and the customer service is impeccable. Thank you Tarah for assisting me.

Bought my first Omega (007) from Lewis Jewelers. Tarah, my salesperson, was outstanding throughout the transaction. She’s a heck of a nice person to boot. Speaking of Omega, Lewis Jewelers now owns an Omega Boutique (located up in the Woodlands). My second purchase, meanwhile, was a Breitling. Another flawless transaction. (Note: the green strap is a Horus.) Bottom line: if you’re looking for jewelry, make sure to check out Lewis Jewelers. It’s family owned and they treat you like family. You can’t beat that.

High end very classy jewelry store. I needed a new battery in my $100 watch, walked in & was warmly greeted by 2 ladies at the door. Kept walking toward the back counter & another well dressed very polite woman asked me how she could help me, pulled out a velvet watch box & I put my watch inside & she took it to the back for repair. I had just enough time to walk around the cases of jewelry & drool at the really beautiful jewelry when she came back out with my watch in the velvet box. I paid at the counter, took my watch out of the case & left, with the ladies wishing me well. I spent $10 and was treated like royalty. A great jewelry store!

Lewis jewelers located in Webster TX gave me the worst experience ever. I have been a returning customer for 7+ years now and have decided I will no longer be returning based on my last experience. In my last purchase, Lewis Jewelers failed to mention their return policy on a $5k item. The neglect of not telling their customers their return policy is one thing. However, to make matters worse, I opted to return the piece of jewelry that I received as a gift and upon my return Todd, the manager, spoke to me as if I am beneath him. As he pulled up my purchase history with a net revenue of $35k+ in jewelry, he then told me I should’ve been “aware” of the policy based on previous purchases. Versus giving a refund on the piece for future purchases, as I clearly WAS a loyal customer, he then decided to belittle me and lose my business, and also tried to make me keep a piece of gift jewelry I did not want. The lack of customer service was pitiful. Never will I return nor do I recommend anyone to use this place. I’ve not only referred 4 other Rolex customers to this establishment but have now told them all of this awful experience and they too will not be returning.
